When will my order arrive?

If your order is over due according to the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact us. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

All deliveries are sent UPS ground unless specified in the order. Some orders include items that are not kept in stock. These items take longer to receive as they must be sent from our warehouse first.
Where is IDS located?

Please check out our contact page for details. We have four offices now available to serve you. These offices are located in Midvale, Ogden, Orem, and St. George.
Who can I contact about problems with my order?
- Call us at 1.800.324.7009 or e-mail us and we can resolve your troubles right away. Our customers come first, if you have any problems please let us know so we can serve you and others better.
I'm a member but my order doesn't show my discount when I check out. Why?
- Our system for check out does not allow us to keep a datadase of every dealers membership . So when we fill your order we will apply your member discount and your Credit Card or account will only be charged the member price.
- If you think you should be getting a discount with IDS please contact us and we will be glad to tell you whether you are still a member of the IADA.
(only Members of the IADA or RVDA receive our discounted prices) - We are currently working on a way to fix this issue so that you will be able to see your discount.
